Jonathan made sure to do an excellent job on my BMW. They charge extremely fair prices and always do a fantastic job. Would highly recommend. Interior also came back looking as good as new.

Car washing like your daddy used to! Do you have the time to wait an hour and a half while you peck away on your laptop or phone to have quality detailed car cleaning inside and out? Don’t come hungry or thirsty or bring a snack and a drink and bring something to do or someone to hang with. Wait on a bench or small patio and chill while they do all the work. Drive away with a perfectly cleaned new car smelling beauty without those petrified French fries in your backseat floorboard or dog hair floating around on the dash. Feel great about your purchase knowing you would never have spent so much time and energy cleaning that car as they did. Worth the money!

The worst car wash and detailing I've ever experienced. I paid for the Hand Wash + Mini Detail, which is advertised as a "premium exterior hand wash" with a "deep cleaning interior.” Unfortunately, the service I received was nowhere close to that standard. Despite noting specific areas I wanted cleaned before the wash, they were all either entirely avoided or barely touched. To list a few: The trunk was completely untouched, there was still debris and grime throughout the interior, and the exterior still had hardened pollen along the seams and roof. In addition to this, they left water/smudge marks left on several windows, and even the advertised “tire shine and dress” was uneven and poorly applied. Given the way the service is advertised, I expected FAR greater attention to detail. Charging $120 for this level of cleaning is absurd. This was my first and last time coming here, complete waste of money. UPDATE… The manager reached out and offered to make things right with a complimentary detailing of equal value. I took them up on it, and they did a better job this time around. Nevertheless, it should've been done properly the first time. Do not recommend.

I had high hopes for this place since I do not like running my car through the regular car wash but unfortunately this was a disappointing experience considering the price. I booked an exterior and interior hand wash for $85 before tax and at booking the appointment time was listed as 45 minutes. I dropped my car at 11:45am and got a call that it was ready at 12:13pm. This would not necessarily be an issue if the job was done immaculately but that was not the case. Exterior water stains, visible dust on the dashboard, fingerprints, dirt remaining on the carpet. There was no attention to detail which is also clear considering it took less than 30 minutes for a 45 minute slot. You can get the same results at a full service car wash for 1/3 of the price.

SUV Cleaning did not meet expectations! I had a ceramic hand car wash (exterior only) for my SUV. As a first-time customer, I was looking forward to establishing a relationship with your business, but my experience was disappointing. Despite providing details regarding specific areas of concern when I checked in, those areas were not properly cleaned. - The wheels and tires required more attention. - The cladding at the bottom of the doors remained dirty and areas appeared untouched. - The rear of the vehicle was in the poorest condition; the "Pilot" badging still had dirt between the letters, and the upper corners of the rear glass were unwashed and covered in water spots. UPDATE...The manager has responded and has offered to correct this matter. However, there are times when you don't get a second chance to make a first impression.
